We've developed the
Powermax pumps with the intention
of transporting a maximum amount of polluted water into
a filter system by using as little pressure as possible.
The main difference between the
Powermax pump and other
pumps is its specially designed impeller. Due to the
two large blades of the impeller, even highly polluted
water can be transported efficiently. The Powermax pump
has a life which is ten times longer than that of ordinary
submersible pumps. Furthermore, it uses less energy.
These advantages are attributed to the proven split
shaft technology. The motor housing is made of stainless
steel, the large overall filter housing is made of a
special plastic. These are the reasons why OASE offers
a three-year warranty on this pump.
Powermax has been testing in continuous operation. Thanks
to a pre-filter surface it can be operated for an extended
period of time before cleaning is necessary. Particles
up to 8mm in size can be easily transported. Ideal for
use in reservoirs and for filling multichamber filters.
The pump is also suited for creating small watercourses.
Powermax is a novelty among OASE pumps. It is ideal
in garden ponds and Koi fish ponds for transporting
polluted water into a filter system. Due to a special
designed impeller, a great amount of water can be
transported without using high pressure. This allows
the use of the Powermax as a waterfall pump. Long
operation periods are possible due to the large protective
filter covering which surrounds the entire pump. The
asynchronous split-shaft motor has been tested in
continuous operation.
